The delivery time for samples is 5 to 15 business days as standard. We can send most samples within 5 to 7 business days. Custom wallpaper samples take a little longer on average. Samples are sent with UPS and track & trace.
If you are based in the EU; Yes, for most items you can return within 14 days. Only complete orders can be returned, no leftover roll.
Please note! Wallpaper made to measure (m2) and meter (m1) cannot be returned.
Based outside the EU? No returns are possible due to import duties.
